House fire

Maryland Deputy State Fire Marshal Joseph Zurolo investigated an 11:28 a.m., house fire Wed., March 29, at a home under construction at 154 W. Branch Circle, North East. The blaze in the two-story, single family dwelling caused $50,000 damage to the under construction residence. Zurolo discovered construction workers were attempted to refill a gasoline powered generator when vapors ignited, subsequently causing the gas container to ignite. The fire extended up the garage walls to the roof and into the front of the home.
